For any merchandise that is currently not in stock, you are agreeing to purchase the item based on a pre-order.  Orders will be placed each term, but please note that this may be subject to change and may be delayed. By placing a pre-order, you are authorizing us to charge your payment method for the full purchase price of the item at the time of the pre-order. We will do our best to keep you informed of any updates or changes to the expected release date. We cannot guarantee that all pre-orders will be fulfilled and in the event that the item is not made available for purchase, your payment will be refunded.

If you received the size you ordered but it doesn't fit: As all orders are "Made To Order", if you ordered the wrong size, we will do our best to provide you with the right size. This is dependent on our stock levels.
If your product is faulty when you receive it: We would be more than happy to return this for you and get you the quality you deserve.

Pick up from Crave Athletics is preferred, however, you can pay for local shipping as an added extra cost. As we ship from overseas, it may take some time to arrive. Please make sure to check any order cut off dates to be sure your purchase arrives in a timely manner.
