BASICS
Class for Beginners
These classes are aimed at beginner athletes wanting to learn what cheerleading is. In these sessions, athletes will learn the basic elements of all things cheerleading.
SHAPES
Tumbling Class for Beginners - Lv 1
This tumbling class option will focus on all your important shapes and body shaping of the Handstands, Cartwheels, Walkovers and More!
*NO prerequisite skill.
HANDSPRINGS
Learn + Perfect Handsprings
Focus on all the important shapes and body shaping of the Back Handspring.
*Athletes must have a Back Walkover to enter this class.
TUCKS
Learn + Perfect Your Tucks
Focus on all the important shapes and body shaping of the Tuck.
*Athletes must have a Back Handspring to enter this class.
TWISTS
Learn + Perfect Layouts and Beyond
Focus on all the important shapes and body shaping of the Layout and Twisting skills (Fulls, Arabians, Double Fulls, etc).
*Athletes must have a Tuck to enter
the class.
PREPS
Experienced, Stunt-Focused Class
This class is for athletes experienced in Levels 0, 1 + 2. If your child has never cheered before, we recommend joining our "Basics" class as this will give them a broader range of the sport.
EXTENSIONS
Stunt-Focused Class for Level 3+
This class is for athletes experienced in Levels 3 + above. Perfect and up-skill your knowledge in stunt skills.
*Prerequisite for this class is experience in stunting level 3 or above.
